Building the four affordable homes to the Fortified Gold standard
• Benefits: More resilient homes & lower monthly insurance bills
• Cost: $23,000/house
Making essential repairs to other houses in the immediate (1+ block) area
• Benefits: extend the project from 4 homes to multiple blocks
• Cost: varies ($1,000-$10,000) depending on need
Mural Program
• Benefits: visual history & neighborhood pride, Community engagement
• Cost: $3-5,000/mural
